Bethany did a great job communicating what was going to take place a set great expectations on timing which helped me to plan my day with no issues. Scott the driver was also great in his communication transporting me back and forth to the dealership! Great visit!

Customer service for the oil change was fine. I have no complaints about the face to face however I was not happy to hear that concerns I had regarding warning errors I am receiving in the Audi I purchased with Lifetime Priority benefits could not be checked at a priority dealership it was an Audi. Is there a priority Audi dealership in the area?

When I was driving the stabilitrak and slippery when wet lights were on and the information center had a message stating the forward collision system is unavailable, I also noticed that the car power was low,I will be bringing the car back to have it checked as I believe this is occurring from the front brakes being replaced.
