I came for an oil change and inspection and I requested a car wash when I booked appointment. Normally when I get an oil change it says top all fluids off. I had to get new wipers to pass inspection so when I went to check to make sure the wipes worked there was no washer fluid. Is this not part of topping fluids off and also my car did not get washed. The two service men that checked me in and out were nice.

Since I purchased my Pilot in 2016 the service at Priority has been great.
After my visit on 10/09/23 I noticed after the inspection sticker was removed the remnants were still left on the windshield. The new one was placed over this leaving remnants streaks of glue about and below the new sticker. I used a razor blade and cleaned it.
The next day I noticed a large oil spot on my drive way. After crawling under my vehicle I noticed oil dripping from the oil filter. I took a rag and remove all the OLD OIL that was left after the filter change.
After looking under the hood to make sure the oil cap was on, I noticed the window washer reservoir was empty, or at the very bottom of the reservoir.
Checking the Multi-Point inspection checklist the reservoir was checked of as good.
So from now on I DO NOT WANT THE TECHNICIAN THAT SERVICED my vehicle anymore.

I had a 10:15 scheduled appointment. I was told the service would take about 2 hrs. It ended up taking over 4 hrs.
Everyone I encountered today was super kind and helpful! Plus the service was fast!
Ms. Bethany gave Excellent Service, She is hardworking, kind, and knows, her job, and doesn't mind going the extra Mile.
