I was incredibly satisfied with the timeframe of service, more specifically, that the quoted time frame was the actual timeframe. Impressive! What I did not care and first impressions are lasting impressions was, when I initially pulled into the service garage, there were no clear directives. I thought logically I can pull forward but since I had never been before I did not know if my info was needed before or after. Is there a queue ? Am I waiting after someone? No one greeted me for the first few minutes. So I sat there looking quite perplexed for about 3 minutes. I was treated like a task, not a human. My service person didn’t even tell me his name and I still don’t know it. He was polite but when people deal with people, they expect to deal with people. Talk, introduce yourself, smile, something to put a new customer at ease or at the very least, make them aware you are aware of their presence. “Be with you in a minute!” Simple.

The installation of the equipment was done in an excellent manner; however, afterwards the car was sent through the car wash which left waterspots all over my new car.
