Great service. Priority Honda is consistent and easy to work with.
I would prefer to take my F250 to the Ford dealer for service, but Priority Ford is always overwhelmed and I end up losing a day of my life and disappointed.

I felt like all the fees included in my pricing weren’t up front. I also was allowed to make an appt for a recall at 3 which takes 4 hours so I have to make another trip to get that done.
Elysia was great but I was surprised when I picked my car up after $800 of service that I hadn’t even gotten a courtesy car wash.
The tack forgot to replace the transmission fluid dip stick and I hy ave to go back to dealership to have it done
Michael has provided me a professional and courteous experience at your Service Department. Give him a raise, he has gone the extra step in my two appointments that he’s been my Service Writer. I would love to have all of my employees give great customer service like Michael.
