He was very courteous and professional. He quoted me an estimated time for the service which could have been upwards of 2 hrs waiting (walk in), suprisingly was finished in a little over a half an hr. He answered questions promptly, overall I've been pleased with each visit to Priority since purchasing my Honda a year ago

I dislike that when you show up for appointments you just stand around and hope someone looks your way and gets you. Then my advisor left for the day and my vehicle was completed and sat outside for almost 30 min while I was sitting there waiting on someone to come in and get me. When that didn’t happen, I ultimately had to go outside and another family was also upset as they were waiting on the same advisor that had already left. Advisors need to come up with a better system on how to greet customers and then get vehicles back to owners in a timely manner.
