From dropping my vehicle off to picking it up, the service was professional, polite and quick.This has been my 3rd Honda thru Priority and there are reasons why I keep coming back!
Mr. Harrison was very polite and did all he could to make sure I could get to Thanksgiving church service the next day. His mannerism was with advocacy and charm. I l enjoyed his charm and promptness. I have no problem working with Mr. Harrison again.

Excellent service the day I drop my car mr.Don took my car and service station had electricity out and he did a great job doing oil change of my vehicle.
While we usually have a great experience with Priority, this visit was unfortunately not. When I first called, the woman who answered was very polite and helpful with arranging the tow. After Priority received my car, the lack of communication began. I understand that there was a power issue and that it was close to the holiday, but the woman I spoke to Tuesday was extremely unprofessional and unhelpful. I wish I could remember her name, but I know it was not our service technician. My husband and I both played phone tag with Priority all Wednesday to figure out what was actually wrong with my vehicle, as no one had actually told us what was wrong despite three voicemails. I’m not sure why Priority was recommending over $1,000 of maintenance on a car I just had inspected and bought from Priority 2 years ago, especially when all my car actually needed was a new battery. I take my car to Priority to maintain my car warranty but this experience is causing serious doubts and encouraging my husband and I to look for another place to service our car.
