The vehicle was picked up after the service dept closed. The nighttime receptionist didn’t have the key fob and didn’t go out of her way to contact a manager, we were told to come back tomorrow. I found another employee that was able to help us. She was to busy looking at her phone than trying to help the customer.

Donna is a great service adviser. She takes a great interest in helping her clients as if she were helping a friend. She has helped us maintain our 2017 CR-V for several years. She has always advised us what should be done to keep our car in great shape. She goes out of her way to be helpful. She is professional and courageous. Priority Honda is fortunate to have her as an employee.

Dantae explained what has been done and was very thorough. Made good suggestions. This is my 3rd if not 4th visit to this facility and this is the first time my advisor took tome to explain what was done to my vehicle. I’m impressed with this advisor.

Dantae is extremely professional. He goes out of the way to help a person. I have had Dantae as a service provider previous times, and he never wavers from the character and allegiance to Honda that he has shown previously. Dantae is an asset to Priority Honda. All companies should have individuals such as Dantae in their Customer Service. I can’t say enough positive things about him.

Dantae was very profession and detailed explaining everything I needed to know to get my car prepared for my upcoming car inspection. Dantae was very patient as I asked clarifying questions. His knowledge concerning all of my questions is unmatched! Dantae is definitely an assets to this Honda Dealership.
