Very please with staff and service
My engine light was on for 4 days then it went out
They reprogrammed it for $225 the part was only
$22 it could not have taken them 2 hours
To complete the reprogramming could I?

Had an appointment at 9:30am Friday 12/6 for an oil change in my 2018 Malibu. I arrived early before 8:00am. I was asked if I’d be staying to wait for the completion of the service, I then responded I was. I had to call a ride in order to make it on time for work. At 5:30 I called to check the status of my car and was placed on hold for 20 minutes on and off. I then finally was told that it will not be ready until Monday 12/9. Then being placed on hold one last time, until I ended up being connected with someone’s voicemail.
Give Rick Wors a raise and a decent chair to sit in
Dawn was great but the woman in charge of the car rental was ridiculously slow and cost my wife a great deal of time which ruined the whole experience enough that she never wants to deal with it again
