I came In for an issue for my 2016 Malibu with the electronic throttle control and accelerator pedal position sensor. I had this issue “fixed” 2 hours ago and when the issue happened again fearing for my life on the highway with my children in the car I happened to get in with a “cancelation” and had the service guys tell me they never heard of this issue and scare me with not being in extended warranty comparing the part that was replaced 2 years ago to a “light bulb” . The guy asked if I was waiting and I said I needed to get back to work they denied a loaner so I told him to let me know what’s going on after the Diagnostic test so I could call my ride to get me. After 2 hours I had a sales rep go back to get me details on my vehicle to tell me they were almost done fixing my vehicle. An hour and a half following the man who checked me in told me my car was finnished. I asked what the issue was and what was being replaced of my 2016 chevy malibu for him to look at me clueless and ask me if anybody had updated me on anything. Nobody updated on me I missed 6 hours of work to get to my appointment and to wait for nobody to update me on anything and keep me clueless on the situation with my car after being threatened for not having an extended warranty for an issue with my make and model.
