I was not completely satisfied with my service today because I was not afforded the option to postpone services due to not being reminded, before signing the invoice, about the $70 for the first hour of service. I purchased ban extended warrenty for this used vehicle and was under the impression that this service visit was covered. I guess the most frustrating thing was that when I made the appointment this money was not brought up and in the notes that were taken, I told them the issue with the car which was an brake switch. ( $70 for something that I already knew, not made aware that my warrenty did not cover it and did not meet the deductible reservation. I’ve never worked with Rick, I always worked with Darreck ( Rest his soul)

Todd was very friendly and professional. He let me know we're I was in maintenance service. He didn't try to force me to have the extra services, just gave me the information. He answered the questions I had and that put me at ease. I only want my vehicle to be serviced at Johnny Londoff Chevrolet.

An extended wait to get my car after being serviced. I waited outside, as directed, and saw my car, however, no one came with the key. I returned to the pay station and retrieved my key. This is usually not a concern, however I had an important meeting I had to make.
