The people that helped me were great . Happy with the service my only problem is the person in front of me new blazer temp plates 10/12/19 service should not be done until sale tax is paid. I guess money is only important to Mr Londoff. I have emailed his buddies at the big 550 that always talk about the expired plates and the problems with them. I may need to look for another service dealer

An appointment was made at 10am to have an oil change and diagnose a problem with the dash cluster. After dropping the car off at approximately 9:55 am, we were not contacted again until 3:30pm to tell us that they still haven’t even looked at the vehicle but planned to get to it. Then again at 4:30 to say they have found the problem but won’t be able to get the car back until the next day. WHAT is the point of having an appointment???? I also asked to get the car appraised while it was being serviced because I was interested in trading it in and buying a new vehicle, no appraisal was ever done or said anything else about it. The service rep Ashley was always polite and communicated clearly.
She was extremely couteous and friendly, she answered all my questions in a professinal manner. I hope I can have as a service rep on my next visit.
