Dawn was excellent. She gave great service. However, they the technician. Forgot to reset my speedometer And I am not sure how to reset it.

Last year when I brought my car, U told the advisor that I needed a battery. But was told it was not my battery. My car after paying part I didn't need. I brought my car back in. I suggested the battery. No not considered. 04/13/20, I paid for a diagnostic test and battery. I paid over $500 opposed to the battery with install. I would like if the advisor s listen to the customers.

The mechanic didn't put the sticker in windshield for next oil change. Micheal Riehle lied to me about car wash open they washed the 2 trucks ahead of me but not not mine maybe because I am a black man. **** my money is green ****

The check in process needs some work. You lol do a great job but customers have to be greeted quicker.
I went there for 2 hours and 15 minutes. They were supposed to do an oil change as well as a recall. They told me they only did the oil change. I came all the way from ofallon Missouri specifically for the recall. I am very frustrated with this service I recieved
