They both clearly explained the limits of the warranty on my battery. I do not agree with the warranty limitations when the bumper to bumper warranty is expired if the warranty on the battery itself has not expired. I am concerned that there is a greater issue with the safety of this car. I have had to replace the battery twice within purchasing this new car in less than 3 years.
Not sure as to why it took almost 2 hours for an oil change and with the Covid 19, I’m aware there needs to be social distancing but it wasn’t much customer service having people standing outside in the cold and rain for hours. That was completely unacceptable.

When I picked my car back up the bumper was scoffed, bottom part of the bumper was hanging, got on the highway and when my car gets up to 60 mph it shakes real bad. Now when I dropped my car off yesterday none of this was going on. I took the car back and the mechanic drop it he said i need w new tire, and like i told him it wasn’t doing this when I dropped it off. I left two messages for the manager of the service department NO RESPONSE. Yal can run the cameras back my car did not look like this when I dropped it off.
I didn’t understand y when I purchased my SUV that the finance lady would have me to buy an extra oil changed package when my oil changes r supposed to b free otherwise I’m good with my SUV and I only buy my Chevy from Johnny Londoff a
