Dawn was very helpful and I felt totally comfortable leaving my car in her care. When my car was ready she found me to let me know and made sure the appointment was completed to my satisfaction.
I made a schedule apartment for ac service and a head lite I asked the service 2 have just the 2 front tires balanced he said I would have 2 make another schedule apartment just 4 THAT really what another 30 mins maybe 2 balance 2 front tires with all the money I've spent there don't think I'll b going back I took a day off work 4 this service bad business

I am very pleased with the service technician.
I was not pleased that one service writer had his nose out and then his mask around his chin. Another worker walked around in the drop off bay without a mask. A few other men were not wearing masks. I also noticed that several of your staff were wearing black masks that did not keep their noses covered.
The cashier was nice. My car was not locked when I picked it up.
I've been so impressed with Rick over the years you should get him to not retire
