Ashley was amazing and the part's manager don't know his name went above and beyond to take care of the service I needed done on my truck other dealers were telling me anywhere from 14 to 21 days before they could get the part and preform the service . Before I left the dealer after dropping off my truck the parts manager had already located the part locally and would have it the next morning. And to my amazement I got a call the next day less than 24 hours from dropping it off that it was done. Know that is what I call outstanding service!!! I make my living with my truck and for them to have the compation and understanding of my need to have my truck done ASAP was very heart warming and I will forever be greatful for all the Johnny Londoff service employees and staff and am a forever customer.
I really appreciate the extra help Service writer Lee went to to try and fix my car issue.
I am hoping the seat control panel stays attached to the drivers seat as this is the third time it has had to be reattached.
First repair was done at Poage Chevrolet -repair didnt hold.
Another independent auto repair shop attached it - That also failed and the control panel came loose!
I do believe this is a huge design flaw and Chevy shouldbe recalling this issue I by no means am abusive to my car and especialy conscientious of getting in and out of my car since the seat has been such a problem!
Hoping the winner is Johnny Londoff's mechanics!

Your service personal were very nice. The only thing I wasn’t happy with was that I had an 8 am appointment and they didn’t start working on my car until 9:30 am. The work that was done only took 20 minutes.
