Was supposed to have an appraisal while there. Was told the last 2 times they were going to do it but have never heard from anyone. Why call me continuously if it never happens.

It took to long for a simple oil change and tire rotation. I had a 1:00 pm appointment; however, arrived about 12:30. My job took almost three hours.

Ray did a below average job. It’s my understanding that he is new to his role and it showed! He and his manager Bruce Weiner took absolutely no ownership with communicating effectively with my warranty company for my vehicle. This resulted in me having to pay for $1700 worth of work which Ray failed to ask me if it was okay to proceed with the fix after he identified there was more work that needed to be done that wasn’t included in my original claim. This was an overall negative experience which will result in my never taking any of my cars here for maintenance work again. I will also let my friends and family know about this experience. You don’t proceed with performing work unless you get an okay from the customer if you identify something isn’t covered under warranty. Ray and Bruce lacked customer service skills entirely. I’m an highly disappointed.

I wanted my car checked out thoroughly because my warranty is about to expire. Complete servicing. That's what I wanted. But upon bringing my car I had to pick an issue. I walked away thinking that nothing was actually done.
