besides Michelle Hale, who is so great, I wish to praise "Cathy" in the Serv. Area. Plus Frankie the technician who installed my new fuel pump. He also gave a ride home after my Escape was towed in the shuttle on Thursday 8-20-20. Plus Corie, young lady who drove me back in shuttle Tuesday when repair was completed.

Had work pkg.performed.....I checked air pressure in tires and it was not acceptable. If you want customer satisfaction then let me suggest....vacum out the vehicle...wash the vehicle...air pressure should be within 1lb. of requirements...air freshener given to owner to use....this is just my suggestions but a happy customer will pay off in the long run for your dealership and employees....thank you.
