took 2 and a half months to fix, would have liked more updates. also was told the 1.5 and 1.6 engines ****. I am now holding my breath that the new engine last. this should have been a recall. if this engine needs to be replaced, I will sue. this is the 3rd engine

From the time I walked into the service department until I picked my car up, everyone was professional and willing to help. The problem was quickly found and explained how it was going to be repaired. Michale kept me informed through the whole process and always made me feel like my satisfaction was her main concern. Nothing but thumbs up to her and everyone else ????
