The service was great, and my vehicle was fixed in a timely manner. The people were very nice and very helpful. My vehicle is running fine.

I bought my vehicle new from Central as my second new Tahoe purchased from there I have never had it serviced anywhere else and I’ve always been very satisfied with the service and the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff in both sales and service

Most pathetic display of customer service I’ve ever received. I purchased my truck from John Megel Chevrolet in Dawsonville, GA and they offered to send a tow truck in to honor a warranty repair. I declined and paid out of pocket something that should of been covered by the dealership UNDER WARRANTY. Instead of evaluating the situation and fixing the problem they came up price for service and no reason why the problem occurred. Again, pathetic.

Well had my car for less than hour called said was ready. They were to keep it for few days to see if it would jerk and missing gear. They refused to keep it. So I’m still driving a car that is messing up. Still charged me 108.00. Plus took 4 calls to get this appointment today. I travel a lone a lot and I hope to goodness I don’t break down ion the interstate or in the middle of no where. The service is very poor at Jonesboro AR location.
Didn’t fix my car told me my warranty was out for special warranty. Was told to leave car there and would get paper work from gm after I gave claims number they didn’t call me had to leave 5 voicemails for three different people finally after being hung up on just came and picked car up. No one there was friendly at all. I understand they were recalls I brought my car in for but no one wanted to deal with me at all. My power steering is out on my car and it’s a safety hazard. I can’t turn wheel and bc of central putting my recalls off five times my car was over the warranty by 100 miles. I’m gonna make some calls tomorrow and emails bc this is wrong and I should have been taken care of and I shouldn’t have to drive my car like this. Also my insurance company told me they would loan me a car the man there told me they don’t do that but they were all loaned out which made no sense at all.
Because it was only supposed to took 2 hours and instead it took all day I was almost late picking two babys up from school because I had no back up ride
The technician that serviced my car did not perform a thorough job of diagnosing my problem. Not only did he not diagnose my obvious issue, he was not available later that SAME day for me to get additional information. I now have to make arrangements AGAIN to have my vehicle serviced properly. I am spending so much time at the dealership getting my vehicle serviced I should just apply for a part time job in the service department.
Daniel did a great job. He was under a lot of pressure due to the amount of customers that he was dealing with, in person and phone calls. He did not let this affect his attitude or performance.
