Daniel was great and I really appreciated his kindness today and even asked to washed my Vehicle.
Very quick and not overpriced
Spent 8 hours at the dealership and my vehicle is still not actually fixed. I knew it was going to take around 2-3 hours, but 8 hours? I should have been updated that something was going to take longer than expected. I also should have been offered a loaner since my vehicle was “****” all day. If a loaner wasn’t an option, I could have at least been offered a courtesy shuttle to grab something to eat. I’m not an expert, but I’ve worked at a dealership before, so I know how these things work.

At first he told me they could fix my car pocket in one hr for $125, so I said ok I will wait. 30 minutes or so later he came to me and said they would have to order a part, and I had to pay in full before it could be ordered! I asked him if he usually paid for dental work before it was done? He said these are the new rules. I said they are very poor rules. Then he told me it would be $300 instead of $125! I gave him my visa and he charged $342.24 and said he would call when the part came in to bring my car back. So NO I WAS MOST UNHAPPY...please pass this comment to Pete Yarbrough. Karen. Hudson
