I trust this dealership as well as the service staff. I am treated really well. I drive a 60 mile round trip to get service. Which in its self speaks volumes.

Joseph and his service dept experts treated us like family throughout the process of servicing my son’s 2012 Sonata. We’re very satisfied with great service and their hospitality to assure this car left running like new. We plan to continue to trust Joseph and Reliable Hyundai with all are future service needs. I understand my service need was a recall. Therefore, I was shown by your company how little I mattered. I have never experienced such horrible customer service. I dropped my car off at 7 am, my appointment was at 10am. I called all 1:10, as I had heard nothing about my car. I was told by the receptionist that my car was not done and that she did not know what was going on with it. She said she could not find anyone that I could speak with. I explained that this was not okay and that my spot was at 10 and she’s telling me that I would have been waiting for over 3 hours to get my car fixed? She said she didn’t know. I told her that I needed to know if my car was going to be completed by 3. She said she did not know as she could not find the person I was suppose to speak with. I had to wait over 14 minutes for her to get and locate someone. I told her that I needed a rental if it was going to be another day without my car. She said that There was no way I could have a rental I told her that I wanted to speak to a manager and she said she would have someone call me back immediately. I called back at 2:40 as I had not heard anything from the company still no manager contacted me I talk to the sun same young lady she can try to locate someone was unable to locate any representatives, Then explain that yes my car was finished and then I could pick it up when I told her that I was sorry I did not mean to be rude but I think that this was not good customer service. I asked why no one could contact me to let me know that they were behind she said she did not know. But my day with your inability to provide customer service doesn’t end there. I arrive to get my car and walk into the Subaru section as I had no idea where to go as I was never contacted by this rep. The two men working were both standing here and then looked at me and both got on the phone and made phone calls. I had to wait over 15 minutes for them to get done with their call. I explained I wanted to pick up my car and the man said I was in the wrong place that I need to go halfway down the other thing area and find the people and then he just left I walked down that area there was no people in that office I found a young lady working in another office she said she would go and try to find someone to help me and she was gone for over 20 minutes finally a gentleman came up and asked me if I needed help I suggest he went to the same direction that the other woman had gone and came back within five minutes with both the woman and that man then that man came back couldn’t find my keys couldn’t explain anything to me finally and then said to me oh I let me go see what I can find out about your car, then comes back driving it. You all had left my keys in my car in the parking lot so no I don’t appreciate the service your company provided. I truly feel that you need to maybe re-look at your customer service because there is none. I get it that you make nothing off a recall but you showed me how little you value my business. I have already told several people about the mismanagement, poor attitude, and no one available to help at this business. I am still in shock by how horribly I was treated and if it want for recalls I will not return.

He was fantastic I have been a member for the last couple years and do regular oil changes and zaktech and the services he provided was the first time I was actually impressed he informed me on a few things I had no idea about and he was really nice greeted me made me actually feel like a customer instead of a person so keep him around we need someone like him in the service area !

Bad not doing call backs as promised. One several occasions. Eric in parts was super helpful he truly listened to me.
