I mentioned that I called Friday and made an appt to get my car looked at because the check engine light had been on for about 2 weeks prior but the light decided to go away a couple of days prior to the phone call. I explained that I spoke to Jeff or John (not 100% sure) last Friday and that I explained that I had had a bad experience earlier that day with Autonation Hyundai after being with them for almost 5 years and Jeff or John from the service dept offered a free oil change and no charge to diagnose my car. Leo was very empathetic to my explanation about my experience at Autonation and to my phone call with u guys last Friday. Leo was very professional and did an excellent job altogether. I was very disappointed only in the fact that he didn’t look into my initial phone call on Friday with Jeff or John to confirm the free oil change and the “no charge” for the diagnosis per that phone conversation with Jeff or John last Friday. He wasn’t listening me. Again, this wasn’t his fault as there was no appt set up for this past Monday for this service per Leo’s research. However, I did state that I rcvd several phone calls over the weekend. One phone call was from Justin who wanted to go over some offers of buying a new car and the 2nd was his boss reaching out to me as well to confirm my appt with Justin this past Monday while I was there waiting for my car to be serviced so this right here alone should’ve confirmed my phone call on Friday with Jeff or John. I will still bring my car here when it’s due for an oil change and possibly a new car once it’s paid off because I did receive satisfactory service from Leo. Thanks ????????
