Ricky is great! Appreciated he went the extra step to make sure my car was fixed. He had another repair associate drive my car to ensure they understood why I brought it in. My car felt brand new when I drove it home. This service center is very out of the way and there is a closer one to my house, but Ricky is always honest and I feel genuinely tries to make sure I get a good deal.
I usually get very stressed out when it comes to car problems, but Jeff was super helpful, honest and friendly. He made my experience as good as it possibly could be!! Thank you Jeff
