Phil didn't outstanding job in handling my needs!
Fast and friendly service
My service advisor was Jennifer - provided misinformation to client . On my service section i clearly mentioned 1. Oil change 2. Recall 3. Multi point inception .
On 3 point , she completely gave wrong information of someone else inception list as mine and when i ask her about that she trying to manipulate. This red flag leads to doubt that they really serviced oil change and recall for my car. Quite disappointed
Phil is always trying to make sure you are taken care of before leaving and that they will take care of you no matter what the situation is. Phil is a great guy
When I sat down before I even signed for the work to be done. I told the service advisor what I wanted. I told him that the dealership had a special on an oil change on you all’s website and that’s what I wanted and to add the oil additive to eat too. He then proceeded to tell me that the oil change and additive comes out to 63.99. Well you have the oil change advertised for 39.95 and when I go to Vandergriff I usually pay 15 dollars extra. So add 39.95+15= 54.95+8.25%= 59.48. That’s a savings of 10 dollars and some change. Now he said that if he would’ve of done it like I wanted to 39.95+20 for the additive = 64.90. Still that’s less than 70. My point is when a customer goes to the dealership and ask for the special he is expecting the special and the additive. Not whatever the employee wants to sell the customer. He was trying to sell me a service package I don’t need a service package I do it myself. I used to be a lube tech for Nissan, I know how to to the services myself at home. He was trying to be a smartass telling me that he was a tech too. Well if he really was a tech too then why is he working as a service advisor and not in the shop. He don’t look like the type of person that likes to get his hands dirty. He looks like the type of person that rather sit behind a desk and make the money or better yet steal the money from customers. Besides the package he was trying to sell me was for a 75,000 mile service, my car only has 45,000 or 46,000 miles. I have another appointment on Tuesday to find out why I have to reset my radio mainly every day. I sure don’t want to bring it in to him ever again. Or I’ll just take it to where I bought the car. Back to Vandergriff.

At first everything was fine. Then when I went to pick the Traverse up. The things requested were half done. Only one key no key fob. No spare tire or jack. I also have not received the code to set up the Kaho app.
