He explained what services were do at this time and explained other items that could be done. We ended up trading our 2018 Highlander in on a 2020 Highlander after we had the oil changed in our 2018. ????

I was told that I needed a very expensive repair to my truck because it had not been maintained properly. It was carbon build up on The fuel injection system and should have been maintained at 30k, 60k, 90k, 120k. I have Regularly maintained this vehicle at this establishment since I bought it from there never once was it mentioned to me that this maintenance needed to be done or that they wanted to do it. I now have a $900 bill for something that should have been done regularly. I was also charged $121 today to diagnose this problem. We also did the hundred thousand mile maintenance with this company. And at that time did everything that was recommended . I am obviously not happy about this.

I was there for 2 hours and was told as I was checking out that he should have informed me of my options because submitting my information for a tire claim. The guy that checked me out was very nice and honestly everyone else in the office besides the man that helped me with my car. I was offered 2 car wash tickets, which was nice.. but I still am submitting this review so hopefully the guy that helped me gets talked to about communicating with the customers throughout the service.

Was surprised none of your employees were not masked. In today’s climate I had hoped your dealership would have treated the customers with a little care and respect for everyone’s health.
