I scheduled an appointment for my 50,000-mile maintenance. After reviewing what that service included, I determined that only an oil change was necessary, as my cabin and air filters were fine and did not need to be touched. When I got into my car after the appointment, it was making a noise that was not present when I dropped it off. I immediately informed the service desk, and I was told that during the cabin and air filter check, the technicians must have missed something and that they would take care of it right away. I specifically chose oil change only for a reason. I did not authorize work on my cabin or air filters. This is my vehicle, my name is on it, and I make the monthly payments. Any work performed beyond what I approved is unacceptable.

Was told tire rotation was $24. Went to pay bill and total was $29.08. I asked why the extra charge? Was told it was just a fee that was put on everything. Wasn’t told before purchase that there was a fee on top of the $24.
