I brought my Lexus in 8/8 as tire was damaged. I had a warranty and Lauren processed it immediate and said the replacement tire would be at Toyota 8/13, five days. I called twice on the 13th as I did not want to drive on the doughnut too many miles. It was not in. I waited until 2:45pm on the 14th and called Lauren. She checked with parts and said it was not in and she would have parts call the tire supplier and get back to me. She called 15 minutes later, said the tire was there and come down and have it put on. I did not ask for an explanation. Lauren was very helpful getting my claim processed and getting me checked out.

Seems to be a lack of communication between parts and service. My husband ordered a tire and wheel from parts so we could have a spare tire for our Prius. He was told the Yokohama tire was in stock and therefore they ordered only the wheel. When we called to see if the wheel was in, it was, but had no Yokohama tire… So, another delay but tire came in the next day. The initial parts guy said it was issue for service to balance the two but when we called to see if the tire was in, we were told we had to make an appointment with service to get it balanced… Just a lot of confusion for what seemed to be a pretty simple ask. Lauren in service was great.
