According to an extended warranty, I got on my new Toyota. I was supposed to get another one or two free oil changes. I didn’t find out or check into it until I went in to get my oil change that that part of my warranty and had expired about three or four weeks ago. I believe I should have been emailed where I could have brought it in and taken advantage of all I paid towards my extended warranty. The person in service told me they don’t do that. I just paid for it and left.

I do have a concern that the spark plugs need replaced. I understand that they do need replaced. But, they were to be replaced at 100,00 miles. I bought my car at 118,**** miles. Why were these not replaced then? I was told absolutely nothing about that when purchasing my vehicle. Therefore, I don’t understand why I am the one who is needing to pay for that to be done. I mentioned this when being told at check out again about it along with a few other things and all I got back was “Like I said, this needs to be replaced eventually”. I do not think that is fair to me. If something should have been replaced at a set mileage, then that is when it should have been done. This is not my problem.
