The individual handling my maintenance was not very nice he was overwhelmed by to many things coming at him at once I think he is a good person but don’t use a strong voice or language at me I don’t like being treated that way because it creates a reaction that I don’t want to bring anything else to your business

Nothing like coming in for a recall you have to pay for . I will never come back to Toyota of Danville again. Especially the service department that has **** me twice on the same vehicle.

They did not fully check my car to see what was wrong with it. Ran a diagnostic on it and that’s it. There a mechanic shouldn’t they be checking other things as well. And the warranty I bought from you is garbage. So I had to pay for that it was not covered . My husband and I and my son have bought 5 vehicles in 12 years I promise I’ll never buy another. I’ve had to replace the brakes and rotors the 2 nd day of having the car . Your shop said it was just dirt. Took it to a brake shop and ithey fixed it Cost me 500 dollars. I’ve had to replace 3 tires and 5 lug nuts. Warranty covered nothing.

They kept rotating my tires every oil change without aligning them or telling me they didn’t align them so now I have wore through a set of tires in less than 6 months. They act like it’s no big deal and I should’ve known that. How would I know that they were rotating without aligning?!?! I am not a mechanic.
