Very poor communication. Only received information when I made a phone call. Received the car back with more problems than when I dropped it off. Dashboard was full of sensor and hazard lights that were not on the vehicle at time of initial drop off. Quality of repair was poor based on needing to make an appointment with another dealership Immediately for my own safety. Unable to drive vehicle due to anti antilock brake system and other hazard warnings telling me to get it checked immediately as I drove off the lot at the Toyota dealership. Did not try to resolve issues, but recommended me taking it somewhere else or bringing it back another day. The dealership had it for over a month to replace the transmission which they had for two weeks to install.

He lied to me about the price and wouldn't explain what it was actually for. Plead ignorance when I brought up him telling me the price originally. Truly horrible experience and horrible people. I will never do business with Toyota again, I'd rather buy a different car 12 times over. Screw Jose Nunez And every other employee in that building who stood by and watched.
