They marked my tires as yellow but didn’t let me know and didn’t offer an estimate on tires. Please send an estimate for four tires if possible

Every time we bring our car in we address issues with the customer service rep of what we want checked out. When the car is done those issues weren’t addressed. And when it’s brought up the manager always responds with “well I wish I knew that “ and is rude and condescending, almost bullying. We are definitely going somewhere else from now on

Excellent service, better than other Toyota dealerships I've been to. They even sent me videos detailing the inspections they performed on my vehicle, something they'd never done before in the three years I've owned a Toyota.
