I had a 7:00am appointment and explain that to the service center personal, but upon arrival I was told that the cars were serviced by order and basically meant, "first come first serve". There were 4 cars ahead of me when I arrived at 6:56am. I was there until just before 11:15am for a service that should only take an hour. I called a few days ahead to make my appointment to help time manage my day better and was assured that was the best option by the appointment representative who helped make my appointment. I sat there in the service center for over four hours just thinking of the disappoint. I paid a portion of what I imagined the service was going to cost me and for that reason I decided not to make a formal complaint, but since I'm being asked about my visit, then I will be completely honest and frank about my experience. Thank you for your concern.
