The only thing that wasnt done was the battery replacement for my key remotes, it was an early day 12 noon and by the time they finished my car the parts department was closed.
I need to bring my car back for additional repairs... overall the service was great...

There was no update on the status of my vehicle, no follow up, no courtesy call to let me know the car was ready, failed to let me know what was the issue of the car if any, answering and calling back was a fail, I had a horrible experience that I doubt I will ever take my car to this dealership in the future, nor will I recommend it to any one else for any future purchase or service. Very disappointed with the personnel and service!!
The process was made simple for me. I was able to communicate while not having to be physically there at the dealer. I enjoyed this experience and am looking forwards to continue doing business here.
