I am grateful that Yanni the service manger looked at my case and recent services and was able to provide a fair and very satisfactory experience for me and my family. Steve Saenz was very knowledgeable and helpful through my whole experience. But ultimately I’m grateful Nissan Downey was fair with me and returned my truck to me in satisfactory working condition.
Chris K Deleon was very helpful in helping me understand and get fixed what was wrong with my car. I appreciated his customer service skills and helping me get home by providing a Lyft.
Charlie has always done an amazing job working with me on my 2017 Nissan Sentra. He makes such an effort to ensure that the work is done right and that my concerns are listened.
