Service advisor Steve Saenz is and Exemplary example of a customer service advisor. He walked me through the whole two days my car was being serviced called me with every update twice a day and took care of me very well as a customer downey nissan will be my permanent dealership for all my nissan services and new future purchases. Thank you downey nissan team and Steve Saenz for all the help.

I drive from La Habra because everyone has been so friendly and nice. I have received great customer service which is lacking in so many other establishments these days. It is a refreshing change. Thank you for the comfortable waiting area with charging ports, snacks, and beverages. I also appreciate the service updates provided on the screen in the waiting area as well as by text in addition to dealer and Lyft ride services. You have thought of everything! Thank you.
