There was very little communication coming from chria ayala. I never got a call back from Chris or from management to give me updates on my vehicle. Also once my transmission was change they could no longer get my vehicle to turn on and they had me buy parts that were a necessary. Not only did Chris aYala give me the worst service management would never called back so that I can make a complaint about the issues that were going on. I will never go back to downey nissan for any services

I had to wait 6 days for tire replacement and they did not attach the spare back in the spare compartment, left it in my trunk space.
