Servicio muy rápido y personal muy amable
When I called this morning to book the 19,700 mile service to car , a costumer by the name Steve, answer my call, however; he was a bit rude, rushing, expecting me to understand in-terms of car service names; I ask a questions because I was confused with a name of a service he said my car going to need and he seemed to be bother and had of sarcasm tone of voice,; not patience or polite. I ask for the person who had helped me with previous service and suggested her name; he said Nory so I ask to be atended by Nory because she explains clear, patience, and handles her self professional. Thank you fir having a few of worker that don’t get bothered and help you get discount coupons.

Mary Toro me dió muy buen servicio pero la verdad la persona que inspeccionó o que realizó trabajos en el carro me deja mucho que desear ya que cuando recogí mi carro en el papel de trabajo aparece que inflaron las cuatro llantas yo sabía que ocupaban aire y cuando recogí el carro seguían a 28,29,30,31 a pesar que el papel de entrega decía que las pusieron todas a 36pp , asumí que era porque ocupaba correr el carro un poco para que se actualizara la lectura pero hasta el día de hoy sigue marcando lo mismo, me pregunto algo ,,,, realmente rotaron las llantas ???? O también me cobraron y pusieron que si lo hicieron y tl vez no lo hicieron ???? , mal trabajo de inspección , gracias
