Maury went above and beyond! His customer service was impeccable. Everything was explained to me in a clear concise manner and even though my service went longer than expected, I never became frustrated because information was given to me in a timely manner. I am extremely satisfied with my car and happy to be a customer here.

At first the issue was not resolved. Seems like the problem was finally resolved. However, I haven't driven long enough to say for sure. I do want to thank my advisor Maury. He was very helpful and understanding!! He listened to my concerns and did the best he could to provide me with peace of mind. He is very knowledgeable! Thank you Maury for being understanding.
Christopher Ayala was very courteous and friendly. He listened to to my explanation on the problem with my vehicle. He gave me a estimated time for the work to be done. He asked if I could leave the car in his care and he provided me with a ride home through the free shuttle car service provided by the dealership. He further told me that once the car was serviced and the work completed he would call me and have the shuttle service pick me up and bring me back to the service center in Downey. The car was fixed to my complete satisfaction. Thanks!

The service technicians went above and beyond to service my vehicle.
Your service mechanic drop oil in my engine compartment so when i drove home car was smoking took back to dealer but my cab filters and engine was contaminated with burnt oil smoke.

You guys don’t solve problems of my car and I would never buy a Nissan again
No customer service. 8 employees passed me by. No one acknowledged me. Other places train their employees to at least say “good morning / afternoon” and or “someone will be with you shortly”. Nothing.
Then they told me I needed filters without checking the history of the vehicle. So I informed him that they did that the last time I was there. He checked and said you’re right. These actions tell me that they are trying to sell services without any kind of research. This was my 3rd and last time I bring my business there.
Great service, Maury was very accommodating and very helpful, will definitely come back
