When I called to schedule my appointment the lady I spoke to on the phone mentioned that the car came with a complementary wash and interior clean but the car it was not clean.

Well to begin with. I had an appointment at 7:00 A.M. and I noticed that the shop works first come, first serve. So I don’t see the point of making an appointment. I went for an oil change which it doesn’t take much. And the end of the experience I was there for almost 3 hours. I didn’t request a free oil change because it’s been paid on my loan. All I want is to be treated fairly. I left around 9:57 A.M.

Oil light and engine light turned on the same day i picked up my vehicle. Both lights were not on prior to dropping off vehicle for a standard oil change.
