The service was bad, i don’t know what they did but when I got home the serpentine bands broke off my car and also the screw, I am not satisfied at all considering the labor was $240 not including parts for a job not well done.

FRANK refuse to send me in a lYft because it was over 7 miles I bought 4 cars from you guys (DOWNEY NISSAN) I've taken my car for service here multiple times and this has never been an issue were they refuse to send me in a lyft.This is ridiculous ???? to top it off the wait was more than 4 hour. The vehicle also had a recall and still refuse to send me in a lyft worst customer service I've experience with Frank.

Herby was informative about the services I got done . I had the rear breaks and new rear tires installed. I love the service just a little steep on the price but my sentra feels great.
