Mr. Trejo was very courteous with his customer service, however, there was a mistake/misunderstanding about the end results of the regular service maintenance of my vehicle. As usual there was a phone call to advice that the vehicle needed to change the engine air filter and the cabin filter, done deal but after picking up the vehicle and drove home I verify the technician inspection report which have a red check for the cv axle and boots. I call the service department and spoke with Mr. Trejo who in return advice to bring the vehicle for further evaluation. End result replace the cv boot. Why is it that I wasn’t advice of this report before driving home especially when it was red tagged??? How can I trust this agency after this obvious mistake???
