I took my vehicle for a recall on the passenger airbag. When they finished the job, they had left the cover open in which I had to speak to the manager in other to get it fixed..I was not happy with the results.

No encontraron el problema por lo cual llevé mi vehículo a revisar según no prendió el check engine,lo recogí lo maneje por 5 millas y se activaron todas las señales check engine. Esta consumiendo antifreeze cada rato tengo que echarle al tanque de reserva no ay derrame no se dónde está mandando el agua .

Staff needs to be more clear on what the customer signing off. I took my car for a simple oil change and I showed a paper I received on the mail regarding transmission warranty. And they told me that they will have the mechanic take a look at it. They never mention anything about a fee. He just simply said I will have my mechanic take a look at it. I get a call and I'm told that I need to pay an amount I never agree to. On top of that when I go pay they say they don't take AAA discount when it clearly he shows in the window AAA accepted. When you go in for service they're really nice but when you go back and complain they're just complete assholes.
