Excellent no contact service! Hansel picked it up, services it and returned it promptly returned it. They even checked all the tires & fluids for a long trip I am about to go on! Hansel is The BEST!
I was impressed with everything set up to keep social distancing in place, including the hand sanitizer everywhere. I felt safe, AND not just Anthony but everyone on staff I overheard or spoke to were helpful and pleasant. I’ve recently moved from Marin to Sebastopol, and I’m happy to have found my car guys!

My tires needed to be balanced and Robert said they were to worn, I just purchased them two years ago and I do not drive this car very much so there is no way they are to worn. It would have been nice to have them balanced.

The problem was not fixed nor checked appropriately to confirm it was fixed before I picked it up. I must now bring it back to hope it’s handled accurately next week.
