Woody was great however I was told when I got there that Hansel no longer sells Mazda cars and that my warranties we old not b e honored. If I want to get my warranties honored I will have to drive an hour away to San RAFAEL. Why did they not send their Mazda customers notice of this, I did get a reminder of service though only for them to tell me sorry we no longer offer this. Never buy another car at the Hansel dealership.

The staff was great and really helpful considering I didn’t have an appointment and my car was towed there. I was surprised the technician wasn’t aware of the hybrid CMax’s have an overheating issue when parked in direct sunlight.
