David was friendly, professional and knowledgeable.
Was not happy that when I dropped my car off for scheduled service at 7:30am and was told it would be ready by noon. Was also told someone would call me to let me know it was ready for pickup.
The result was no one called and finally I called about 2:30pm and was told my car was ready.
Not great customer service or communication
Rob went the extra mile to make sure I was completely satisfied.

The sales manager told me they would fix the scratches and dents on the vehicle when I purchased it. I guess the blame is on me for not having it done first before the purchase
