Yes I was very satisfy with Woody. Very professional handling customers He was very thorough going through the repairs in what was going to be done. He was keeping me updated on my vehicle At all times If there was any delays He give me call and let me know Or a text. Most Stephanie I recommend him as excellent person hailing all claims on my vehicle.. Specially his customer service What's outstanding and very professional what he does. I most definitely would recommend him to other friends and people.
He has always gone above and beyond with excellent customer service and as a liaison between different departments as needed. Kind and efficient along with Woody and your customer service ladies who schedule as well. Keeps me being a Ford customer.

Excellent service from a well versed expert in his field, Rob was courteous, kind and explained what issues my car had in language that was easily understandable to a layman like myself. The man that always makes sure my car is well maintained is Woody Barragan. He is always courteous and professional. There are other Ford/Lincoln dealerships available to me but the service at Hansel Ford Lincoln in Santa Rosa is so good I wouldn’t dream of using another.

David Elhardt did a great jb communicating with me as well as giving me information about issues found by the service tech during the tech’s work on my vehicle. David Elhardt offered no-pressure suggestions about how to address the issues so that I could make a decision about additional services to ‘okay.’ David Elhardt also did due diligence on follow-up to an issue promised to me when I bought the vehicle, and straightened out a problem that had arisen. David Elhardt is a rare employee; conscientious, polite, knowledgeable and gave me confidence that using Ford’s Service Department (vs another service provider) was the right decision. Thanks.

The mechanical issue of the front end was not discovered or repaired. I demonstrated and explained the history of the mech. issue to the Tech.
The Tech. was very nice explaining the possibility of the problem.
I hope Hansel Ford will have all suspected parts in stock prior to next scheduled repair appointment.
