We've worked with Woody before and he's incredibly personable, straight forward with us, fast and very easy to work with. We said you front money is tight, as it is with most people after the year we've had and he was great with giving us options while also being realistic about what the car needs. We come back to Hansel because of Woody's great service and the care and attention our car gets there.

Please try to understand I have absolutely no complaints David went above and beyond duty to clean my car for me which I have never had anyone do when that wasn’t part of the protocol I do not know why I have to be barrage constantly by everyone wanting to know every aspect of everything it’s making me crazy I can’t even do anything or talk to anyone on my phone anymore without all these clicks dings people sending me stuff wanting my attention I’m trying to leave and go to Southern California I need to be left alone I am happy with everything David did there is not one negative thing I have to say please make check all the appropriate boxes yourself
I had a simple oil change and the car was leaking oil afterwards. Had to take it back. We live 45 minutes away so it is basically a whole day shot to fix something that never should have happened.

Was not happy they wanted to keep car for third day, due to no response from Ford regarding door latches ( recall). However I picked car up knowing I may have to bring car back in.

I called to say I would be about 45minutes late for my service appointment and I was told that it was not a problem. When I arrived I was attended to by another team member until Woody was free from his current client. Woody always treats us like old friends and makes us feel welcome and important. We have been with Hansel Ford for our vehicle purchases and service for over 30 years. We’re still happy with our experiences.
I believe my service contacts name was Rob. He did an amazing making sure that I felt like my needs were of paramount concern. He walked me through my warranty and kept me in the loop with everything that was happening. Even when it was busy he kept his composure and treated each person with a high level of respect. A+ for y’all’s team. I’ll be back and I’ll recommend people to y’all.
