Rob took really great care in making sure my vehicle was properly repaired. He even had it washed after the job was complete, which was also finished within the time he estimated. Today was a 180 compared to the service level I received at Ford in Petaluma. I truly felt like you wanted my business and Rob didn’t make me feel badly about bringing my vehicle in for a recall. I will definitely return for regular service. Rob is an excellent ambassador for your company and team. Thank you!!
