Yes, Mr. Hussey is an asset to your company and for years I haven’t done this survey but Mr. Hussey has always gone out of his way for us and I can hear him talking to other customers with such customer service and most the time with a smile on his face. Carol is also a great employee. The only thing I am unhappy with is the time it takes to service my car, for a 65,000.00 service, it took From 10::30 to almost 2:00 to get the car finished.
Carol always gives excellent customer service. She always makes me feel like my car is in good hands.
Rob did a great job with my concern, a marked drop in my mileage from the hybrid battery. He and the tech crew addressed the problem and my mileage improved from only 13 miles to over 19.
