Someone forgot to attach my radio antenna.
It was sitting in the crook of my windshield.
Also, I don't know what kind of fluid the detail team uses, but the inside of my windshield has a white film.
I appreciate that Hansel has attempted to make things right, but I'm not impressed with the execution.
What he has consistently taken care of he and my three Ford vehicles he does a great job every time and keeps me appraised of any situations that arise. He’s the reason why I bring my Fords to Hansel Ford.

I was not completely satisfied. While Josh was very professional, kind and able to locate a rental car for me, there was a lack of communication. I had been told the repair would take one day, which turned to 5 days with no explanation. I certainly do not trust that my vehicle was appropriately managed, and will be following up with my own mechanic.
Staff amazingly friendly they just weren’t able to fix my issue with sync / they said they will continue to research
No one called me to tell me my vehicle could not be smogged because it had to go to a star station, so my car sat at the service department from Friday morning until 3pm Saturday afternoon when I called to ask the status of my van.
Josh was very professional. When I left the lot I noticed a check engine light on and brought my F-150 right back. Josh immediately took it back the the techs and got it taken care of. I have dealt with both Josh and Rob and they are an asset to Hansel Ford. Thanks again

When I got my vehicle back, the driver’s seat position had changed. So, today I discovered I bruised my hip trying to get into my driver’s seat. And the memory for my seat position was erased. So, I had to re-do all that.
Problem didn’t get fixed and now I have to bring it back Service rep was great but it’s annoying.
Joshua was the coolest guy. He helped me with anything I needed and was very good at explaining all the details of my vehicle service. Most of the time I come in for any service for my car he is usually the one I go to because of how great the guy is. He also helped out in finding my friend a great sales person named Nick. He helped my friend find a car that he ended up buying that same day. The entire team of Jashua, Nick and some others that I can’t remember their names where really helpful throughout the day we where there. Great people there all around.
He was professional and always attentive to my needs.
